Speleologists make for La Sima de Cabra in the northwest of the park, best accessed from the town of Cabra. Climbers prefer La Tiñosa in the southeast of the park. This spot is best reached from the village of Jaula, accessible via the road from Priego de Córdoba. From Jaula it is a five-km (3.1-mile) hike south to the crag. Best to contact or hire Aventura Vertical in Lucena The two instructors are members and teachers of La Federación Andaluza de Montaña, a regional club dedicated to mountain adventure sports. A refresher course will cost 12 Euro. To spend a couple of days climbing in the park with equipment and guides runs 36 Euro per person.
